Connecticut Children’s Injury Prevention Center
Safe Kids Connecticut is a program based out of Connecticut Children’s Injury Prevention Center. The mission of the Injury Prevention Center is to reduce unintentional injury and violence among Connecticut residents. The IPC translates research into injury prevention programs and policy to keep children and families in Connecticut safe.
To accomplish this mission, the Injury Prevention Center implements four core activities:

- Community Outreach Programs
- Education and Training
- Public Policy and Advocacy

- Intimate Partner Violence
- Youth Suicide
- Motorcycle Safety
- Elderly Falls
